Guestbook entries are public and can be viewed by everyone. Be mindful that leaving personal information here (home address, phone number or email address) is not a good idea.

Because we have been bombarded with spam posts--mostly during the wee hours--I am adding a filter on my guestbook to stop this. I hate to see porn, sales pitches, and gobbledy-gook on here and I guess we all do. This new filter will mean a short delay in seeing your posts go up, but I think it's worth it!  Ann

I am a huge fan of your books. The story that has shocked me the most is of Dianne Downs. What an evil woman she is. I've read every one of your books that I can get my hands on. You are the greatest. Keep up the good work!

OOW, Some people are going to want to throw rotten apples at me for saying so, but I also like Dexter. Maybe it's the Robin Hood quality, that he doesn't harm the innocent even though he's a really strange guy.
Today two of my daughters and I took flowers to the cems for my grandmothers and my mother and aunts. We went to the mall instead of a fancy restaurant and the dollar store because that stuff is girly fun. I took photos, even one of the three of us making faces in front of the sinks in the mall rest room. Hippo Mudda's day!

Hope everyone had a nice Mother's Day. Rae, sounds like you had a WONDERFUL day! My husband and son gave me some glass windchimes that I wanted, and took me to dinner. It was quiet but very nice. The older I get, less excitement is what I like. I think I;ve been waiting a long time for that...

Hi Ms. Rule, I had first read your book while I was hospitalized for asthma over 15 years ago.
AS I am entralled by the stories - it had made me more intuned to my surroundings less I fall a victim myself.

My favorite author! As a retired Social Worker, I am fascinated by your background writing giving the person reasons to be what they become-good and bad. My only problem now is trying to remember what I have read and find myself in a familiar story that I give up on as have read before.

Dear Mrs Rule
I am just curious if there is one particular book you could recommend to learn about writing. There isn't too many question I have, but it would be easier to read about them than to ask.
Thank You

Hi Ann and all, It is great to hear from all of you. Canyon Pam, I have turned my computer off and it went through the beginnings of turning off, and I assumed it was going off, but then the next day I see that it had not completely turned itself off, and it was sort of in Limbo. I have no idea why it was that way, but it has happened more than once. So, I stay with it until I see the whole thing is shut down.
I agree with you, Rene, (I am not sure how to put the mark over your e), that postal workers get a bum rap. Mistakes only a tiny few make, are being generalized to a whole group. The same thing is happening with teachers (due to a tiny few). Annette, your Mothers' Day List is awesome! Let us know about all of the items on it that you do get to do! Judi, I have not read In Cold Blood, but I have seen bits of the movie. I agree that it is good. I have seen the movie Infamous, which is about Truman Capote. Interesting to watch, to say the least. Oh, I finished The Phantom Prince (written by Ted Bundy's girlfriend of many years) and it was awesome, but I wish she could have had more. I wonder how she is doing now. I am well into the book titled Escape, by Carolyn Jessop, who escaped the fanatical mormon sect when she believed that her children's lives were in danger. She is a very brave woman! Patti Thornton, great going! Best wishes on your plans to become a criminal psychologist! Rae, that is great about your son and his gift to you! :-) Deb P...great to hear from you, and I hope your Mothers Day went well!! :-) Well, more later, I just wanted to get on and say hi to all! It has been a dreary, rainy, cold, and WINDY Mothers Day here, but I still enjoyed it. -- Indiana Joan
